We will continue to participate in all Cigna plans. Unfortunately we will no longer participate in any United Healthcare plans as of 2/1/2022. We continue to work with United and hope to be back in network at some point in the near future. If you have out of network benefits with your United plan, you can be seen in the office and we will submit claims on your behalf. Please continue to visit this webpage for more updates.
